If I can learn how to make money with your free membership, why should I upgrade to a paid monthly membership?  Isn't the free membership training good enough?
A.
We say using our free training will help you build and maintain an online business. However, most people don’t want to take the time to build an online business from scratch. Most don’t have the skills, time or money to design and build effective sales pages to sell online products. With our paid membership we provide ready made and ready to go web sites for members to start making money immediately. This gives our members a chance to start making an income more quickly.

Can I contact you direct if I have any problems? If so, how?

You can contact us three ways: 1) We recommend that you use the member forum. The reason we recommend this first is because many of your questions will already be answered there. Plus, if you've got the question, other members likely have the same concern. So addressing it and answering it for all members serves everyone's interest. To find out if your question has already been answered in the forum, just go to the search box, type in your question and press enter. A list of posts with that subject matter will be displayed. 2) Initiate a support desk ticket. This is the second method of getting questions answered that aren't already answered in the forum. Feel free to submit a support ticket after doing a quick search in the forum. Both methods above are designed to give you the fastest answers to any question you might have. Do I need any special software/computer spec to view the tutorials?
A.
You computer must be able to view flash videos because that is the format of all the video tutorials presented. Flash is installed on 98% of all computers - both MAC and PC. If you cannot see the videos then you can download the latest free flash player at this website: http://www.adobe.com/support/flash/downloads.html

Once I sign up as a paid member, how quickly will I get access to my replicated web site so that I can begin selling products?

Instantly after you provide your PayPal Professional or Business Id. We want you to get started right away. And, in the unlikely event you need assistance, help is only moments away.

Should I view the tutorials in a specific order?
A.
No. You can listen, view and read any information as desire. You may find that some training is needed more than others. We do recommend that you view each of the tutorials before moving on to the next set of videos. This minimizes confusion among different training material. Otherwise, you are free to view tutorials in any order you prefer.
